Sara Banze

Founder & Owner

After earning a Bachelor of Science degree at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, she also earned a Nursing Degree at Jewish College of Nursing. She married Tim Banze in 2002, and has been a part of the operation since the beginning. At first, she worked as a Registered Nurse while doing payroll and the books for the construction company. In 2015, she resigned her nursing position and started working full time for the company, and is now CFO of all T. S. Banze Companies.

Ian Hagan

Ian has worked in the construction industry since he was 16 years old.  After earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management, Ian worked for a larger construction management firm running various projects throughout the state of Missouri.  His experience ranges from projects including a $30 million government detention facility to simple $50K pre-engineered metal buildings.  He came to work for T. S. Banze in January 2013 and continues to lead customers successfully through their projects!

Denny Rottger

Estimator / Sales

With 51 years of construction experience, Denny does the estimating and sales for our concrete foundation jobs. He was the co-owner of Rottger Brothers Foundations which operated for 30 years leaving a history of success.

Darron Owenby

Operations Manager

Darron is the man of many trades.  He has over 18 years of construction experience ranging from carpentry, flatwork, foundations, excavation, site layout, and now, within the last year, GPS grading.  After starting at T. S. Banze as a Union Carpenter in 2008, he has grown from an employee to now running several different crews of workers.  He will assure you that your project will be built with expertise, according to plan.

Tammy Cissell

Administrative Assistant

Earning her business degree after high school Tammy has 13 years’ experience assisting a district manager in retail, and 7 years as a high school administrative assistant here in the St. Charles County Area. She came to work for T. S. Banze in 2014 and manages T. S. Banze payroll department, accounts receivable and customers with bid inquiries.

Jennifer Schneider

Administrative Assistant

Jennifer has been working for T. S. Banze Companies since 2016. Earning her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia she also grew up in the Warren County Area. She has history working for Pioneer and Monsanto. She takes care of the Accounts Payable Department and website for T. S. Banze Companies.
