With over 20 years of construction experience, Tim Banze grew up in the Warren County area. He started working with his father, in high school in the 90s under Orville Banze & Sons Construction. After the passing of his father in 2003, He then incorporated T. S. Banze Construction with his wife, Sara Banze, in 2005 with 2 employees. Over the years, T. S. Banze Construction has evolved into 3 separate companies including T. S. Banze General Contracting, & T. S. Banze Homes, with around 50 employees.
